DENSIQ AB has acquired VM Kompensator A/S

DENSIQ AB, part of Latour Industries AB, has acquired VM Kompensator A/S (VM Kompensator) based in Bække, Danmark.

VM Kompensator is a leading Danish designer and manufacturer of compensators and expansion joints used in Industrial applications. The company, founded in 2015, is headquartered in Bække, Danmark.
