    Valve testing on-line is a quick, safe and cost effective test of safety valves to assess the function of existing valves. Valve testing on-line is performed onsite and during operation, which means that the valves are tested under their correct operating conditions. Testing is normally carried out at normal process temperature and normal pressure, which minimises variance factors in the measurement results.

    The valve does not need to be disassembled, which reduces the risks otherwise associated with disassembly and transport. The production does not need to be stopped, only the valves that need servicing and repair are taken out of the production system.

    For reasons of quality and safety, all sealing work is performed by certified technicians.
